We are confident that you will love our virtual staging services, but we understand that there may be rare cases where you are not satisfied with the results. For this reason, we offer a 14-day refund policy for all virtual staging orders.
Revision Requests
If you wish to request revisions for your virtually staged photos, you may submit your feedback through the dedicated revision section of your virtual staging order. Revision requests can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Each order includes up to five (5) free revision reounds at no additional charge. We are happy to make adjustments within this limit to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that changes to the room type or design style are not included in the free revisions and will incur additional charges. We will gladly assist with these modifications and inform you of any applicable fees in advance. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing high-quality service tailored to your specific needs.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your virtually staged photos after requesting revisions, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your final staged photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the virtually staged images on the MLS, social media, or any other platform.

Processing Refunds
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this refund policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
