We are confident that you will love our virtual staging services, but we understand that there may be rare cases where you are not satisfied with the results. For this reason, we offer a 14-day refund policy for all virtual staging orders.
Revision Requests
If you wish to request revisions for your virtually staged photos, we encourage you to send us a comment through the dedicated section of your virtual staging order. You may do so within a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase, and we will be more than happy to make the necessary adjustments to your virtually staged photos without any additional charge. Please note that any changes in room type or style will incur additional charges. We will be more than happy to assist you with these modifications, but we kindly ask that you be aware of the additional fees associated with altering the room type or style. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to provide you with the best possible service to meet your specific needs.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your virtually staged photos after requesting revisions, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your final staged photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the virtually staged images on the MLS, social media, or any other platform.

To request a refund, please kindly follow the procedure by sending a comment through the dedicated section of your virtual staging order indicating your request for a full refund.
Processing Refunds
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this refund policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
